How to view "PDF" files
Select the report you require from the side menu.
They are written in a format which may not be on your computer.

If you can not load the report you will need to load a "pdf reader" first

A free copy of Adobe Reader 9 can be installed from here.
 Just select Adobe Reader Install

You may need to change the side menu to see full options for
