Constitution
                           

1. Name An Annual General Meeting of The Group shall be held in the month of September in each year or as soon as practicable thereafter. 

Every AGM shall be called by the Committee. The Secretary shall give at least 28 days notice of the meeting. The business of the AGM shall include:

  •  a report from the Chair on The Group’s activities over the year
  •  a report from the Treasurer on the finances of The Group
  •  election of the Committee
  •  any other business

The quorum for the AGM and any General Meeting shall be one third of membership.
